Details you give us

• Brochure download: your name and phone number.
• Contact form: name, phone, email and anything you write about your project.
• Quote request: name, company, email, phone, city, country, project notes and the machines and quantities in your quote cart.
• When you order: billing and delivery addresses, GST number and payment references.
• Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Details collected automatically

• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Your quote cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you submit it. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and send brochures you ask for.
• To prepare, send and follow up on your quotation.
• To process orders, arrange delivery and installation, issue invoices and provide warranty service.
• To meet legal obligations, such as GST and accounting records.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
• To send you occasional product or offer updates, only if you have agreed. You can ask us to stop at any time.

When you submit a form, you agree to us using the details you give for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@bzfitness.com. This won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and we may still keep records the law requires us to keep.

We share personal data only with those who help us serve you:

• Google (Workspace and Apps Script), where form submissions and our email are stored.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
• Logistics partners and customs agents, to deliver your order.
• Our accountants, auditors and legal advisers, and government authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We only use providers that protect data to a standard at least as strong as Indian law requires.

• Enquiries and quote requests that don’t lead to an order: up to 3 years, then deleted.
• Customer and order records: for as long as the law requires, for example the period set by GST and company law, and for the life of any warranty.
• Website security logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period in line with its own policy.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it, where we don’t have to keep it by law;
• stop sending you marketing messages;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Email hello@bzfitness.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to our records is limited to staff who need it, and accounts are protected with strong passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we will delete them.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we will tell customers directly.
